We will take professional photo and video of everyone who signs-up. This reservation form is how we are able to show you your photos in a private/password protected gallery. The $30 is a credit that you can use towards the purchase of anything in your gallery after the event. This helps us better understand who to focus on photographing. You can expect photos to be ready to view within 1 week of the event. You are welcome to share photos with friends/group members.

You will be able to view professional images that have been batch edited for color, contrast, and brightness. When your photos are ready, you will receive an e-mail to view what you would like to purchase. The reservation fee is refundable for any reason if you are unhappy with the photos and don't plan to make a purchase. There will be an option to purchase all photos in your gallery, and individual photo prices will be $15/photo with options getting cheaper as you buy more.
Video may be available as well (I am waiting to see if I can get more licensing rights). You can expect it to be similar to this sample (YouTube lowers the resolution). Due to copyright, you can not distribute your video and can not distribute clips of it unless you overlay other music on it. This means you can not display video of this event on social media unless other music is covered over the original track.
