Registration for photography/videography is required to be included in individual photos and videos. Registration is $30.  After the event, Clients may review watermarked proofs of their photos/videos in a private online gallery. Clients may purchase only the images/videos they wish to keep at the prices set by the Photographer. Purchased photos/videos are delivered as high-resolution digital files (no physical prints).

Photographer/Videographer will capture photos and/or videos during the agreed-upon event. 
The Photographer retains full discretion over artistic style, editing, and selection of final images/videos.

By participating in photography/videography during the event, all performers grant the Photographer permission to capture and use their likeness as outlined above.

Photographer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during the event.  Registration is free and carries no financial obligation. Payments made for purchased photos/videos are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product.

By booking services and/or participating in photo or video sessions, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
